Security & Vulnerability Disclosure Policy

Updated: August 2, 2026

Our Approach to Security

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are in place to protect helyvo.com/ and the data it handles.

Reporting a Vulnerability

If you’ve found a security issue, please report it before any public disclosure. Email admin@helyvo.com with:

  • A clear description of the issue;
  • Steps to reproduce it;
  • Screenshots, logs, or proof-of-concept details, if available;
  • Your contact info, if you’d like updates or credit.

Ground Rules for Testing

  • Don’t access, modify, or delete data that isn’t yours;
  • Don’t degrade Site performance while testing;
  • Allow reasonable time to investigate and fix an issue before public disclosure;
  • Don’t exploit a vulnerability beyond what’s needed to demonstrate it.

What You Can Expect

Reports are acknowledged promptly, and valid issues are investigated and addressed. There’s no paid bug bounty program at this time.

Safe Harbor

We won’t pursue legal action against researchers acting in good faith under this policy.
